Returns, Damages, Issues, Exchanges, Refunds


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Cancellations prior to the item being shipped out will be accepted. If you would like to cancel after your order has been shipped out, it will be treated as a return and you will be required to follow our return procedure.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@luxbathvibes.com. Once your request has been received we will contact you within 24-48 hours with further instructions as to how you can proceed with the return process. All returns will be accepted via mail only.

Please Note customers will be required to arrange their own return shipping as well as be responsible for all fees associated with return shipping. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and accepted your refund will be processed less a 10% restocking fee. If Lux Bath Vibes pays for the return shipping the cost of the return shipping will also be reduced from the refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, CJH E-Commerce Inc DBA Lux Bath Vibes will pay for the return shipping.



Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
